White Chocolate Pretzel Chunks

Use this condiment as a topping for doughnuts, gingersnap cookies, fruit crisps, babke, or challah.

  • 2 bags pareve white chocolate chips
  • 1 pound bag of thin pretzel twists
  • 1 cup craisins


Melt the chips in a microwavable bowl in the microwave, stirring often- about 4-5 minutes total.

Crunch up pretzels

Add the crunched pretzels to the melted chocolate and add craisins.

Mix well.

Cover cookie sheet with parchment paper, spoon out a scoop of the mixture onto the parchment paper and repeat. Let cool.  Enjoy!
