A refreshing watermelon salad that can be an appetizer, dessert or snack on a hot summer day.
- Prep Time
- 6 cups torn fresh spinach
- 3 cups cubed seeded watermelon
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon "fake" bacon bits
- 1/3 cup store bought Sweet and Sour Salad Dressing
1. In large salad bowl, mix all ingredients except dressing.
2. Just before serving, toss the spinach mixture with dressing.
