  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • 4 dried apricots
  • ½ cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • ¼ cup ice cubes

Preparation

    1. Puree pineapple, apricots, yogurt, coconut water, and ice in a blender until smooth.
