Fresh tomato sauce is a delicious topper for corn made on the barbecue or the indoor grill.
- Prep Time
- 2 fresh tomatoes
- ½ cup parsley or cilantro (or a mix of both)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 clove garlic
- Drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil
1. Puree tomatoes, parsley or cilantro (or a mix of both), salt, garlic, and olive oil.
2. Store sauce in a covered container and refrigerate for up to two weeks.
