- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- ½ cup popcorn kernels
- 2 teaspoon brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon garam masala or sweet curry powder
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pot, until hot but not smoking. Add popcorn kernels, cover.
- Once the kernels have finished popping, transfer to a large bowl, and add brown sugar, salt, garam masala or curry powder.
