Perfect side dish for Thanksgiving or anytime you want to mix sweet and nutty with potatoes!

- 14 C cubed peeled sweet potatoes
- 1/2 C Flour
- 1/2 C packed brown sugar
- 1/4 C chilled butter or margarine, in small pieces
- 1/2 C chopped pecans
1 Cook the potatoes until soft. Drain. Beat them with a mixer until smooth.
2 Spoon mixture into a sprayed 13X9 baking dish.
3 Combine the flour and sugar in a processor. Add the chilled butter or margarine and pulse until it resembles coarse meal. Stir in the pecans and sprinkle over the potatoes.
4 Bake uncovered in a 375 oven for about 30 minutes.
