- 6 challah rolls, split in half
- 6 tablespoons Gefen Regular or Lite Mayonnaise
- 1 pound thinly sliced smoked turkey
- 6 slices on-the-vine tomatoes
- 6 leaves lettuce
1. Arrange challah rolls on a serving platter. Spread mayonnaise onto both halves of each roll.
2. Distribute turkey, tomatoes, and lettuce on each roll.
3. Serve with Colorful Rice Salad.
