- 8 ounces linguine
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 pound snow peas, cut in half
- 1/2 cup half- and-half
- 6 ounces hot-smoked salmon, flaked
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- Cracked black pepper
1 Cook linguine 5 minutes in large pot of boiling water.
2 Add broccoli; cook 3 minutes.
3 Add snow peas; continue cooking 1-2 minutes or until pasta is tender. Drain.
4 Return pasta mixture to pan.
5 Stir in salmon and half-and-half. Reduce heat to low; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
6 Add Parmesan cheese; toss to coat pasta.
7 Sprinkle with green onions.
8 Season to taste with cracked pepper.
