- 6 small (6 oz) sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
1 Preheat oven to 375°F.
2 Peel sweet potatoes and cut into sticks, 1/3 inch baton (small sticks). Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil.
3 Spread on a baking sheet, and bake for 25 minutes, tossing half way through.
4 Bake until a soft when pierced with a fork. When they’re finished, season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
