Try this scallion spread the next time you grill corn on the cob. Easy and quick to make, it takes only a few ingredients to make a delicious spread.
- Prep Time
- 1 stick trans-fat-free margarine
- 1 bunch scallions
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
1. Blend margarine, scallions, salt, and pepper. Place inside plastic wrap and
wrap it in the shape of a roll.
2. Store in fridge until ready to serve.
3. Serve sliced in rounds.
