Roasting the asparagus brings out the essence of the asparagus. Use thicker asparagus because it roasts better.

- 2 bunches asparagus
- 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375.
Pour soy sauce, olive oil, salt and pepper over asparagus.
Roast for 15 minutes.
