It is not needed in the recipe, but I sometimes sprinkle a dash of salt and pepper over the chicken before I pour over the sauce.

- 1 package of chicken cutlets Chicken legs or thighs are great too
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup Gold's Duck Sauce
1. Mix ketchup and duck sauce in a bowl
2. Lay chicken flat in a 9 x 13 pan
3. Pour mixture over chicken, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until done.
