- 3 medium red delicious apples, peeled, cored and diced
- 3 cup orange juice
- 3 cup ice
- 1 1/2 cup frozen raspberries, defrosted
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for about 5 minutes or until completely smooth. Divide between 4 glasses and serve immediately.
