- ½ cup canned pumpkin
- ½ frozen banana
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- Dash of cinnamon
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- Crushed ice (if you like your smoothie extra thick)
Put the ingredients in a blender and whirl away! Add more ice if you like your smoothies slushier, and more milk if you like it less so.
