After slow cooking a Pulled Brisket, this meat is so soft and flavorful, it makes a perfect sloppy-joe-style burger. The little ones just love it!
Editor's Note: Cooking time for this recipe does not include Pulled Brisket. Prepare to cook the meat at least 6 hours in advance in the crockpot.
- Prep Time
- Pulled brisket
- Ciabatta roll
- Cabbage, shredded
- Tomato, sliced
1. Prepare Pulled Brisket.
2. Slice open a ciabatta roll or other favorite bread. Fill with shredded beef and caramelized onions from slow cooker. Add shredded red cabbage or a slice of tomato for additional crunch.
