For the grown-ups among us, I created this absolutely delish Pina Colada Smoothie. Get yourself a cocktail umbrella, don your Ray Bans and hit the beach.
- Prep Time
- 4 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 2 cups regular or light coconut milk
- 2 cups ice
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 2/3 cup orange juice
- 3 tablespoon honey
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for about 5 minutes or until completely smooth. Divide between 4 glasses and serve immediately.
