About 6 times a year (maybe more, as it's a family favourite) I make up a bottle of Peri-peri oil and this is how I do it.
RULE NO. 1 Please use rubber gloves
- 1 1/2 cups ServingsServings
- 1 cup red Bird's eye chillis (or equivalent to small hot chillis)
- 1 head of garlic (separate and peel cloves)
- 1 Tbsp sugar (or sweetner equivalent)
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp vingegar
- 1 cup oil
Blend the following ingredients together until smooth.
