This Panko Crusted Salmon gets its flavor from Gold's mustard. Mustard and salmon are an incredible combination. You can use Gold’s deli mustard, regular mustard or Dijon mustard for this crowd-pleasing recipe.

- 1 1/2 - 2 pounds side of salmon
- 1/2 cup Gold’s mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 bunch scallions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup crushed pecans or walnuts
- 1 cup panko crumbs
Preheat oven to 375˚F. Combine the mustard, honey, olive oil, scallions and black pepper. Brush all over salmon.
Combine the pecans and panko crumbs and sprinkle on top of the salmon.
Bake for 25 minutes. Serve hot, warm or cold.
