- 1 lb. orchiette
- ½ cup pesto, store bought or homemade
- ¼ cup sun-dried tomato strips
- Optional: parmesan cheese
1 Boil orecchiette in water per package directions.
2 Before draining, save ½ cup of the starchy cooking liquid.
3 Mix hot pasta with pesto and sundried tomatoes and add some of the reserved liquid to help the pesto coat.
4 Enjoy hot or at room temperature, add parmesan if desired.
