Mint Pistachio Gremolata

Gremolata is a chopped herb condiment, usually with lemon flavors from zest and juice.  It is most often served alongside meat and will brighten any stew. 

Note: you can replace the pistachios with any other nut of choice. Serve this alongside our Slow Cooked Sous Vide Lamb. Get the recipe here

  • 2 cups chopped mint

    1 cup roughly chopped pistachios

    Zest of one lemon

    ½ teaspoon kosher salt

    1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil


1. In bowl add finely chopped mint. Roughly chopped pistachios, add Lemon zest and salt. Stir with little olive oil and put aside for serving.

2. To serve, drizzle on top of meat, like on our Slow Cooked Sous Vide Lamb.
