The combination of cumin and red wine vinegar gives this dressing a special flavor.

- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white or red wine vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon cumin
- 1/8-1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- pinch of freshly ground black pepper
Mix all ingredients together and serve over Mexican Tossed Salad.
Makes: 1/2 cup salad dressing – enough for 8 servings.
