The perfect combo of sweet and salty is this carrot side dish with crumbled goat cheese.

- 3 pound baby carrots, halved
¼ cup maple syrup
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
¼ cup Tnuva Goat Cheese, crumbled
- 3 tablespoon chopped chives
Preheat oven to 400°F. On a large baking sheet, toss carrots with maple syrup, olive oil and salt. Roast 15 minutes or until tender.
Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with goat cheese and chives to serve.
