Whenever I am short on time or energy, I pull some frozen lox out of the freezer for our appetizer. It is tasty and decadent.
- Prep Time
- 3 rolled pieces/person Loxs
- 2 Long crackers/person Pareve Crackers
- 3-4/person Capers
Artistically place two rectangular pareve crackers on an appetizer plate.
Place three rolls of lox on the crackers.
Decorate with 3-4 capers.
Make one plate for each person you intend to serve. Shabbat Shalom!
