Delicious chocolate fudge sauce.

- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 10 ounces bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, chopped (do not use unsweetened)
1. Combine whipping cream and corn syrup in heavy medium saucepan. Bring to boil, then remove from heat.
2. Whisk in chocolate and until melted and smooth.
3. Refrigerate about 45 minutes. Should be cool but pourable.
