Israeli Style Omelette
- 4 eggs
- Fresh herbs, chopped (use parsley, cilantro, green onion, chives)
- Pinch of kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper
- 2 Persian cucumbers, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- ½ red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Kosher salt
- Freshly cracked black pepper
1. Organize the dips, bread and drinks so they’re ready to be served.
2. For the salad, add all the ingredients to a medium bowl and mix.
3. For the omelettes, add 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil to sauté pan on medium heat. Add 2 eggs, chopped fresh herbs, salt and pepper to a small bowl. Mix well, then pour into the sauté pan. Cook to your personal preference.
