- 1 Persian cucumber, unpeeled, chopped
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled, chopped
- ½ cup chopped fresh or frozen mango
- Juice of 1 lemon
- ¼ avocado, peeled, pitted
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
1. Place parsley, cucumber, ginger, mango, lemon juice, avocado, chia, and 1 cup water in a blender and puree until smooth.
