Cucumbers help keep you hydrated and are known for detoxifying effects, which is great for a morning smoothie.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 Persian cucumber, unpeeled, chopped
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled, chopped
  • ½ cup chopped fresh or frozen mango
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ¼ avocado, peeled, pitted
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds

Preparation

1. Place parsley, cucumber, ginger, mango, lemon juice, avocado, chia, and 1 cup water in a blender and puree until smooth.
