This is how to make perfect every time fluffy rice.
I love making rice in the oven, it is my best, fool-proof, fail-proof, method that works for any kind of rice and any quantity. With 6 kids in the house, we go through a lot of rice and I hate to use up space on the stove. I make this rice at least 2 or 3 times every week. Watch how I do it on Instagram, scroll through to the middle.
I like to use a disposable 9x13-inch pan for easy cleanup and because I usually double the recipe, but use any size and type of casserole you prefer, just make sure to follow my secret trick, the water must be boiling.
Feel free to add spices with the salt for any flavored rice you like.
