- 1/2 cup honey (can use Aguave syrup)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 lb. chicken, in eighths
Combine honey with lemon huice, add seasonings. Pour mixture over chicken and marinade in SeasonserveTM several hours in refrigerator or overnight. Place everything in a special brown’n’bag, otherwise, you need to baste it occasionally.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for about one hour. For barbecue grill, have chicken cut up smaller and use brush with marinade until crispy! Finger lickin' good!
