Jamie Geller shares her recipe for Homemade Mixed Berry Jam.

- 3 cups frozen mixed berries (raspberries and blueberries)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup peeled, diced granny smith apple
- 2 tablespoons water
1. In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil over medium high heat.
2. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 30 to 45 minutes or until thickened and berries are broken down. Cool completely.
Can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or can be canned and stored for up to 6 months.
