Take a trip to Greece in your home with this tart Greek frozen yogurt recipe based on David Liebovitz's recipe and add a drizzle of Elea Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a sprinkling of salt. After a successful creation of non dairy gelato with olive oil, I wanted to try one with frozen yogurt. I love the flavor of tart frozen yogurt and it is so easy to make at a moment's notice when you have Greek yogurt lying around. Just add a little sugar or some flavoring, sometimes I use good quality preserves and freeze in an ice cream maker. It is best eaten right away and in this case I kept it plain and enjoyed with some high quality olive oil.

- 3 cups Whole Milk Greek yogurt (or make your own)
- 2/3-3/4 cup sugar
- Elea Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Flaky Sea Salt
Mix together the yogurt and sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Freeze in your ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Scoop and serve with a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
