Salads with loads of candied nuts might not be the healthiest versions, but they’re still my favorite. I’ll always choose a salad with that sweet crunch over any other kind. Of course, they need a sweet dressing to go with it. This one is easy to remember. Often, I try to get away with using half the olive oil so I can enjoy more of those nuts!

- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup raspberry or strawberry jam (I like Gefen Spreadable Raspberries)
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor.
