I like to top my New England "Burger" with this sauce for the full mock crab cake experience.

- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Juice of ½ lime
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise with relish, capers, mustard and lime. Mix well.
