Quick and easy is the key to this recipe. You could have regular roasted potatoes, or spice them up a little with duck sauce!

- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1 jar Golds Duck Sauce
Slice the bottom of the potato so you can stand it on it's end. Make parallel slits in the potato, but be careful not to slice all the way through.
Pour two tablespoons of golds duck sauce over each potato.
Roast at 350 degrees -- no hotter or the duck sauce will burn -- for sixty minutes or until the potatoes are crispy.
