Hi, this recipe is actually taken from the wonderful Chef John-this is actually one of a couple of things that are kosher that he makes and the recipe is below...enjoy...!

- Prep Time
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- big pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 cup cold club soda
- 2 1/2 cup panko
- salt to taste
- vegetable oil for frying
- 3 large onions cut 1/4" thick
mix wet ingrediants (except oil) in bowl
next, mix in different bowl dry ingrediants
dip onion rings into wet mixture and then coat with dried ingrediants.
fry till well done
(you can bake but they won't be crisp, they'll be soft)
