We might get confused and use this dressing with our sushi, but I think a sriracha dressing works just as well with Mexican-inspired ingredients as it does with Asian.

- 1/2 cup lite mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 to 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce (or more to taste)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove fresh garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Add all ingredients to a small bowl. Whisk until smooth.
