Peaches are high in fiber and vitamins A and C, almonds are an excellent source of vitamin E, and yogurt provides vitamin D and calcium--this smoothie has all your letters covered.

  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • ½ cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 5 almonds

Preparation

1. Combine peaches, yogurt, and almonds in a blender and puree until smooth.
