Cranberry maple glaze can be brushed on to poultry or beef or used as a glaze for numerous vegetables.

- 1/4 cup real maple syrup
1. Combine ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat just until sauce is smooth, whisking frequently.
2. Liberally brush on the meat during roasting. It also is a great glaze for roasted vegetables or chicken.
