This cran-tastic cocktail can be a before or after dinner drink.
- Prep Time
- 4 nips Frangelico
- 4 nips Havana rum
- 2 cups frozen cranberries
- 1/2 cup (120-ml) cranberry juice
- 1 cup (240-ml) sugar syrup
- 12 raspberries
- 4 scoops of ice
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
4. Serve in 4 chilled martini glasses garnished with loose cranberries & raspberries on the top. Serve with lime wedges on the rim of the glasses.
