- 2 cup water
- 2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup raw cashews rinsed
- 2 tablespoon nutritional yeast flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoon Bragg's Liquid Aminos or soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander optional
Blend water and cashews 3 to 4 minutes until smooth. Add all ingredients to cooking pot over low to moderate heat. Bring to a simmer. Stir constantly. Cook for about 10 minutes while whisking with a wire whisk until thickened. The starch in the cashews will thicken the gravy.
