Parve Version of a corn pudding recipe that I got from a coupon circular, of all places.

- 2 can sweet corn I also have used blanched fresh corn,cut off the cob. About 2 cups
- 1 cup soy milk
- 2 eggs lightly beaten
- 3 tablespoon mayo
- 2 tablespoon margarine
- 2 tablespoon sugar If using fresh corn, I found that the recipe doesn't need the extra sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- pinch salt
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine all ingredients, other than corn. Stir in corn. Pour into a well greased 1 quart swallow baking dish.
Bake 1 hour or until golden brown.
