- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 cups Water
- 1 cup Florida grapefruit juice, chilled
- 1 cup Florida orange juice, chilled
- 2 tablespoons lime juice (optional)
- Ice cubes
1 For syrup, in saucepan combine sugar and 2 cups water.
2 Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Boil gently, uncovered, 1 minute to dissolve sugar. Cool 20 minutes.
3 Cover and chill syrup. To serve, pour syrup into pitcher.
4 Add citrus juices. Stir well. Serve over ice.
5 If desired, garnish with Florida grapefruit wedges.
