- 4 pound chicken wings tips removed
- .25 cup sugar
- .5 cup soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove peeled and minced
- 1 teaspoon gingeroot peeled and minced
- 1 tablespoon sherry
Marinate wings in baking dish for at least 1 hour. Pour off marinade, but reserve it.
Bake wings at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, basting with marinade throughout.
