- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon - salt-free herb seasoning blend (Mrs. Dash or other)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Horseradish sauce (Gold's or other)
- 1/2 cup TheCheeseGuy yellow cheddar or jalapeno jack, shredded
- 1/4 cup TheCheeseGuy grated parmesan
Whisk together the eggs and herb seasoning blend. Warm a slightly greased or oiled skillet over medium heat, pour egg mixture in, and cook until almost done. Flip and spread horseradish over top and sprinkle with shredded cheddar and grated Parmesan. Cook until bottom is no longer raw and then fold in half and transfer to a plate.
