There are many versions of this recipe, however, this one is our favorite. The salmon comes out so moist.

- 2 Lb piece whole wild salmon
- zest of 1 lemon
- 2 Tbsp tsp country dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1 cedar plank
1 Soak cedar plank in water, fully submerged, for 2 hours. Pat dry.
2 Preheat grill on medium flame.
3 Mix all ingrdients together in a glass bowl except salmon and salt and pepper. Microwave for 45 seconds. Stir well.
4 Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly over salmon.
5 Pour 1/2 glaze mixture evenly over salmon.
6 Place salmon on cedar plank and place on grill.
7 Cover grill and cook 25 minutes or until just pink inside.
8 If cooking in oven, cook in preheated oven set to 425 degrees. Cook for 30 minutes or until just pink inside.
