The real name might be Caramel Corn Crunch, but today this is kown as homemade Cracker Jack (minus the nuts).

- ½ cup butter
- ½ cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 3 quarts popped popcorn
1. Cream butter.
2. Add brown sugar and whip until fluffy.
3. In a large baking pan, combine popcorn. Mix in creamed mixture.
4. Bake in 350-degree oven for about 8 minutes or until crisp.
Serve warm if desired.
