- 1 head broccoli chopped small
- 1 cup of oil
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 3 Tblsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 small red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup craisins
- 1/2 cup ramen noodles or crunchy noodles
- 1 cup plain sunflower seeds
- 1 Cup Raw Cashews
1 Place broccoli in large bowl.
2 Mix oil, sugar, vinegar and red onion together, and pour over broccoli.
3 Add craisins, crumbled ramen noodles, sunflower seeds, and cashews.
