This all-purpose dressing is perfect for salads or as a quick sauce or marinade.
- Prep Time
- 1/2 cup ServingsServings
- 1/4 cup:balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons:light brown sugar
- 1 heaping tablespoon:Dijon style mustard
- 1/2 cup:best quality extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and:pepper to taste
- Place all of the ingredients together in a bowl and whisk together or place in a jar with a tightly fitting lid and shake until emulsified.
