Banana Nut Smoothie

Walnuts are a vegan source of omega-3 fatty acids. The combination of protein and fat in your smoothie will help keep you full and satisfied.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ½ cup crushed ice
  • ½ banana
  • 1 tablespoon walnuts
  • 2 dates, pitted

Preparation

    1. Combine milk, ice, banana, walnuts, and dates in a blender and puree until smooth.
