- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar or palm sugar
- 2 cups Coconut milk
- pinch sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 Heat saucepan with sugar and coconut milk until sugar is dissolved
2 Add banans, salt and vanilla. Puree all and allow to chill.
3 Once cold, freeze in ice cream maker for aobut 30 minutes.
