This is a great way to cook tempeh, fermented soy, healthy and delicious.

- 1 package tempeh, cut into strips
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon rosemary, finely chopped
1 Mix vinegar with 2 tablespoons oil, salt, pepper and rosemary. Put in a shallow container or bag and add the tempeh. Marinate for at least ten minutes.
2 Heat a frying pan over medium high heat, coat bottom of the pan with oil, when hot add tempeh, cook until browned then flip over and cook until crisp.
3 Serve over a bed of pasta and your favorite tomato sauce, sprinkle with parmesan if desired.
